Their first full-length album in nearly three years, Glow ME includes ten tracks — “ETERNAL,” “Vitamin ME,” “Pocket Treat,” “Blue Heart,” “Screen Time,” “Teacher,” “Cold Blood,” “Why do I cry?,” “DAY 1,” and “Wonderland.” All five members participated in the songwriting or composition process, bringing their individual emotions and experiences into the album. Glow ME follows the journey of meeting different people, gaining new experiences, and growing through wounds along the way. At its heart is the message that every emotion helps us shine, and that the brightest moment begins when we accept and love ourselves as we are. “Vitamin ME” keeps the refreshing summer identity closely associated with fromis_9 while introducing a new and more adventurous side of the group. With its bright flavor, instant energy, and uplifting mood, the song feels like a quick dose of confidence made for summer. fromis_9이 2026년 7월 21일, 두 번째 정규앨범 ‘Glow ME’의 타이틀곡 ‘Vitamin ME’로 돌아왔습니다. 약 3년 만의 정규앨범인 ‘Glow ME’에는 ‘ETERNAL’, ‘Vitamin ME’, ‘Pocket Treat’, ‘Blue Heart’, ‘Screen Time’, ‘Teacher’, ‘Cold Blood’, ‘Why do I cry?’, ‘DAY 1’, ‘Wonderland’까지 총 10곡이 수록됐습니다. Glow ME, su primer álbum completo en casi tres años, incluye diez canciones: “ETERNAL”, “Vitamin ME”, “Pocket Treat”, “Blue Heart”, “Screen Time”, “Teacher”, “Cold Blood”, “Why do I cry?”, “DAY 1” y “Wonderland”. 約3年ぶりとなるフルアルバムには、「ETERNAL」「Vitamin ME」「Pocket Treat」「Blue Heart」「Screen Time」「Teacher」「Cold Blood」「Why do I cry?」「DAY 1」「Wonderland」の全10曲が収録されています。 這是她們相隔約三年的正規專輯，共收錄《ETERNAL》、《Vitamin ME》、《Pocket Treat》、《Blue Heart》、《Screen Time》、《Teacher》、《Cold Blood》、《Why do I cry?》、《DAY 1》與《Wonderland》十首歌。
